New Customers

All new customers, whether residential or commercial must complete an application. Completed applications may be dropped off at one of the following locations:

Cochrane                                          Kapuskasing
Northern Ontario Wires                 Civic Centre
153 Sixth Avenue                           88 Riverside Drive


Security Deposits

A security deposit may be required of all new customers in accordance with our Security Deposit Policy. However, a deposit may be waived upon presentation of a credit reference letter from another utility.
